At Cerulean Pools, we design, build, and care for custom pools throughout Central Ohio. Our customers trust us not only to create beautiful outdoor spaces, but to maintain them with the same attention to detail and responsiveness long after construction is complete.

A service visit is often the most frequent interaction a homeowner has with our company. That makes this role especially important. Our Pool Service Technicians are the face of Cerulean Pools—arriving on time, communicating clearly, and treating every pool as if it were their own.

What You'll Do

Clean and maintain residential swimming pools and spas
Test and balance pool and spa chemistry
Inspect equipment and perform minor repairs
Open and close pools for the season
Assist with service work, equipment installations, and repair projects
Operate and maintain your assigned service truck
Complete daily routes efficiently and thoroughly
Communicate with homeowners in a professional and courteous manner
Document service visits and recommendations
Follow company safety procedures and policies
Help ensure every customer feels well cared for

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in pool service, maintenance, or a related field preferred
Basic understanding of pool chemistry and equipment
Ability to diagnose common issues and perform minor repairs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Self-motivated and able to work independently
